2. Description of Service

Lebanon Deluxe is an online platform that connects property owners ("Hosts") with travelers ("Guests") seeking short-term rental accommodations in Lebanon. We facilitate the booking process but are not a party to any rental agreement between Hosts and Guests.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Property Listings

Hosts are responsible for ensuring their listings are accurate and up-to-date. This includes:

• Accurate descriptions of the property and amenities
• Current and representative photographs
• Correct pricing and availability information
• Compliance with local laws and regulations

5. Booking and Payments

All bookings made through our Platform are subject to the following:

• Guests must pay the full amount at the time of booking unless otherwise specified
• Hosts set their own prices, cancellation policies, and house rules
• Lebanon Deluxe may charge service fees for facilitating bookings
• Refunds are subject to the Host's cancellation policy

6. Cancellation Policy

Each property has its own cancellation policy set by the Host. Before booking, please review the specific cancellation terms. Lebanon Deluxe is not responsible for refunds that fall outside the Host's stated policy.

7. User Conduct

Users of our Platform agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Post false or misleading information
• Use the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Attempt to bypass our security measures

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Lebanon Deluxe, including logos, text, images, and software, is protected by intellectual property rights. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lebanon Deluxe acts solely as a platform connecting Hosts and Guests. We are not liable for:

• The condition or safety of listed properties
• Actions or omissions of Hosts or Guests
• Disputes between users
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our Platform shall be resolved through negotiation first. If unsuccessful, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Lebanese law.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
